This new group is now up and running. It is a social group aimed at members on their own, or those who do not have someone with whom to share interests and outings.

Each member agrees to share a list of names, telephone numbers, email addresses and the area in which the member lives (ie Ashford, Shepperton etc). This enables them to contact each other and arrange to meet up in between times. This may be just for a walk or coffee, a cinema visit or perhaps an exhibition visit.

The group has a few vacancies.

The current meeting time and venue is as follows:

• 2nd Saturday in the month; 11am upstairs at Staines Library to decide on activities for the month

There may also be other days and venues suggested by members.
