We meet on the last Friday of each month at the leader's home between 2 and 4pm. (It did take one or two of the gents to figure out that sometimes there are 5 Fridays in the month!)

We are a group of 12 and are in our 11th year. We share and appreciate jazz until 3.30 then have half an hour for discussion and tea and biscuits. Our present format works well; each member that wishes to, takes a month in turn, researches a particular jazz related subject and then does a presentation to the group. The presentations are on LPs, CDs or DVDs and cover every type of jazz. They are all so different and great fun as well as being educational. One member is so enthusiastic he usually has a presentation in hand in case someone has to drop out.
