START: Meet at Sloane Square tube station on the District Line at 11am.

FINISH: Sloane Square Station (or Putney Station).

ROUTE AND REFRESHMENTS
The walk starts with a short exploration in the vicinity of Sloane Square. Toilets are available close to the station and also in Peter Jones. The best place for a lunch stop is at the very pleasant cafe in the grounds of the Royal Hospital. The route continues through the streets close to the river and then when reaching Kings Road there are two options:

• Do some retail therapy by walking back to Sloane Square along Kings Road via Dukes Place.
• Catch the bus to Putney Bridge and then walk up the High Street to Putney Station.
