Description:
We will use the Fancy Free walk https://fancyfreewalks.org/Surrey/Polesden.pdf, which is 6 miles long. However, we will start and end at Polesden Lacey car park RH5 6BD  (#7 on the Fancy Free map)

The walk will be done at a moderate pace (about 2 mph) and involves fields and tracks with some relatively steep parts. The route was fairly muddy in February but will hopefully be drier at the end of April.

Timings
Meet at the entrance to Polesden Lacey (by the café / toilets) at 10:15am. After coffee, we plan to start walking by 10:45am, expecting to return to Polesden Lacey by around 2pm, so covering about 2 miles each hour. When we return the walk will end, allowing people to leave, picnic (plenty of benches) or buy lunch from the National Trust cafés.

Car Park
Polesden Lacey car park is pay and display. Free for National Trust members and £4 per car for non-members. The machines only take coins, but you can pay by card at the NT reception or by using the JustPark app ID 80650.

Café and Toilets
These are only available at the beginning and end of the walk at Polesden Lacey itself, as the mobile refreshment van at Denbies Hillside does not operate on Wednesdays.
