Meet at 10am at Gravel Hill Road car park (it is small and unmarked) on the edge of Alice Holt Forest. The nearest postcode is GU10 4LQ but for navigation purposes you may need to set GU10 5JD which will take you past Bentley Mill B&B on Gravel Hill Road.

This is a 7-mile circular walk through woodland, using some less-used footpaths within the forest. There are no stiles to negotiate.

We will stop mid-morning at a cafe where there are toilets. We will have a picnic lunch at Rowledge recreation ground. A cafe may be open there, where additional refreshments can be purchased. If open, there are toilet facilities, but please don't rely on this.

We need to cross the busy A325 before heading back into the forest to make our way back to our cars.
