New Membership
If you are not a member, we hope that you will join us. We pride ourselves on being a friendly welcoming group with a wide and varied range of interests. If you are thinking of joining, please contact the Membership Secretary or click on Membership Information Pack to view and print an application form. Potential new members are welcome to attend two General Monthly Meetings prior to joining.
Note, new members can get several months free - members joining in June, July or August 2025 will not be charged for the period up to September 2025, provided that they pay the renewal fee for 2025/26 at the time of joining.
Membership Renewal
The Membership Year runs from 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2026. Renewals will be processed from 1st July, should you wish to take the opportunity to renew early. The deadline for renewal is Sunday 12th October 2025. Please be aware if you do not renew by this date you may not be able to renew immediately if we have a waiting list and you will not be able to vote in the November election.
If you are a member, you should have received an email with details on how to renew your membership. If you cannot find the email, the renewal form is available by clicking the buttons below:
If you don’t have access to a printer do not worry. It is absolutely fine to put the details on a piece of paper instead and attach it to your cheque.
If you and your partner are both members but only one of you has signed a gift aid declaration, it is essential that the person who has done so makes the payment thereby enabling us to claim the tax relief for both of you. Should the person who has not signed a gift aid declaration make the payment we will be unable to make any claim.
BACS PAYMENTS: 
Our preferred method for you to pay is by BACS.  Our Nat West account details are as follows:

The reference is your membership number plus surname if renewing as an individual or both membership numbers followed by surname if renewing for a couple with no spaces in between (there is a limit of 18 digits/letters). Please ensure that you enter the membership number(s) correctly as we will not be able to trace your payment without this information.
It is not necessary to send in a renewal form or email to say you have paid if paying by BACS.

Changes in personal details
If your address, telephone number, preferred email address or any other personal detail changes please send an email containing the changes to the Membership Secretary. You can do this by clicking on this link: Membership Secretary. A new page will open up where you can write and send your message.
